We have had Genesis provide service for our MRI systems for many years and I can say that it
has always been a good experience. It is easy to say that just because we save on our
service agreements cost that we have to accept a lower quality of service. That is not
the case with Genesis. The service that we receive in my opinion is a good value for
the dollars we spend! We have received better and more personalized service from your
service engineers and all of the folks that we deal with at Genesis.
When we do need service there is always a timely response from your service dispatch
and from your field engineers. They are always prompt and friendly when they call
or show up at our facility. When everything is running smoothly I get calls from
yourself or your engineers just to "check in" to make sure we are happy and satisfied
with the service that is being delivered. The engineer's good communications combined
with his technical experience with all of the staff at our facility keeps us running
and well informed.
